From burnout to breakthrough
The journey from a hospital bed to coaching some of the most driven people on the planet.
I learned about performance the hard way. At 26 I was a nationally ranked 800m runner with a scholarship, a training plan, and a stress fracture I refused to rest. I ran through it until my body made the decision for me.
The comeback taught me more than the winning ever did. I moved from sport into the startup world and watched brilliant founders make the exact mistake I had — treating themselves like machines that should never need maintenance. I burned out a second time before I finally listened.
Now I help people perform at the edge of their ability, sustainably. My work blends sports science, behavioral psychology, and a decade of coaching to answer one question: how do you do your best work for decades, not just quarters?
